Weight training and cardiovascular exercise are not complete without proper nutrition. What you eat accounts for 85% of the outcome in training! D21 regards nutrition as “Good, Better, Best.” We believe that no food is “all bad,” but there are ways of finding the “Good, Better, Best” in what you like to eat and what you should eat.

We start by assessing your current eating habits and identifying the “Good.” Then, we help you identify food choices from “Better” to “Best” so that you can sustain healthy eating habits that are compatible with your fitness goals.
