D21 regards nutrition as “good, better, best.” We believe that no food is “all bad,” but there are ways of finding the “good, better, best” in what you like to eat and what you should eat. In order to improve your relationship with food, it’s important to educate yourself on the quality of the food you put in your body.

We start by assessing your current eating habits and identifying the “good.” Then, we help you identify food choices from “better” to “best” so that you can sustain healthful eating habits that are compatible with your fitness goals. Think of your body like a car or a high performance vehicle. If you were to put low-grade fuel in your top-notch automobile, it would not run as well. It would be sluggish and possibly even break down. This is the same way your body responds to less than optimal nutrients in your body.
