 Personal Training Gym Hours

Training Hours at the gym are by appointment only. Walk-ins are welcome but if we are with a training client, we will ask you to fill out a contact form so we can meet with you at a different time.

Personal Training is offered between 6am and 8pm. Time slots come on a first come, first serve basis. If the time you are looking to train is already booked with two clients, we will have to work together to find a different time during the week to train. We try to be as flexible as possible, but we have limited space!

Our training sessions last 45-50 minutes. The first 5-10 minutes is dedicated to a dynamic warmup. This ensures the muscles are nice and warm before starting vigorous exercise so there is a lower risk for injury. The bulk of the workout is 30 minutes of resistance/interval training. It is focused to build muscle while torching body fat. The final 5-10 minutes is left for a cool down and static stretching. This makes certain that clients do not end up too sore or stiff days after the workout. D21 Fit Studio prides ourselves on being injury free, and we do everything we can to keep it that way!
