D 21 & Your Fitness Goals

D 21 was opened in 2015 by fitness coach and ex-bodybuilder Dietrich Horsey.  The significance in the “21” behind “D21 Fit Studio” comes from our unique training program designed by Dietrich Himself. The program aligns with the studies of Dr. Maxwell Maltz’s work on self-image.  The study shows that it takes 21 days to form a new habit.  This is the psychology behind Dietrich’s unique training program. The training program challenges clients through three different exercise phases over the course of 21 days.  Our comprehensive training program is designed to form life lasting habits to improve your overall health, wellness and quality of life.
