Fasting /detoxing?😉

Who doesn’t like a good detox or fasting to give your body a break even a reboot? For those who do these practices for religious reasons, this is not addressed to you!🙏

As I was driving and running errands today the practical thought hit me, the most common sense approach for a challenge is instead of fasting from all foods, detoxing from whatever you think is troubling your body.

Let’s do 30-day challenge of drinking at least a glass of just water with every meal and avoid fast food of any kind including chips or anything in a package and see what kind of clarity you have, how do you feel, when you awake or during the day. Lastly, how much healthier your bank account will be.
